CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: To Ensure the success of my small business, I ask you kindly to inform me of any rescheduling or appointment cancellations prior to 48hrs! After 48hrs I charge 25% of the booked service, notice of rescheduling or cancellation within 24hrs will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. Both rescheduling and cancellations are subject to this policy. LATE POLICY: If you are running late please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate you! If you are more that 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule or cancel. You will also be charged according to the cancellation/Rescheduling policy! NO SHOW POLICY: No Call / No Shows are subject to 100% charge of the serviced booked. Any future services will be required to be paid in full prior to any future appointments!
